It is very hard for me to check whether Roger has indeed used "open source" in his marketing for the last ten years. If I do a casual check of fronter.com on the <a href="http://www.archive.org/web/web.php" rel="nofollow">Internet Archive</a> I don't come up with anything though. If you want my personal opinion, then I think it is a mix of being truthful and playing dumb. I am sure he used the term before anybody thought it was a problem, but people have taken offence since early 2007 and two years later he hasn't changed a thing.
